Starting from Dec 27, 2023 required by Zoom policies, Meeting.ai bot on Zoom now require the Host to Allow Recording upon joining the meeting. Two step approval is required.
- Click 'Admit' the bot into the meeting when prompted
- Click 'Allow Recording' when prompted. Zoom will only prompt the Host. Make sure to inform your Host to 'Allow Recording' your Meeting.ai bot.
