During this 4 hours maintenance window, all online meeting feature will be temporarily unavailable including Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meeting. This will impact both our web app and API users.
We understand the importance of meeting notes for your business continuity. We have a solution in place to ensure you can still capture valuable information from your meetings. Here's what you can do during the maintenance window:
- Record your meeting manually and upload the recording: Use your laptop, your phone, or any recording device to capture the audio of your meeting, then simply upload the audio file to the Meeting.ai dashboard using the upload feature.
- Record your meeting using Meet/Zoom/Teams recording feature and upload the recording: Record your meeting and once the meeting is over, simply upload the audio file to the Meeting.ai dashboard using the upload feature.
Our system will process the recording and generate the meeting notes for you, just as it would for live meetings.
