Language Selection

Choose Meeting Type

After selecting the primary language, the next step is to choose the meeting type. There are three meeting

types to choose from: Online meeting, offline meeting, and upload your past meeting audio/video.

Online Meeting

If you plan to conduct an online meeting, select this option. Meeting.ai seamlessly integrates with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Simply input your invite link into Meeting.ai and click "Continue."

Copy your meeting link from Zoom into Meeting.ai. Choose online meeting.

Within seconds, your Meeting.ai bot will join the online meeting room. Please ensure that the host approves the bot's entry request.

Once the bot joins your online meeting room, it will send a chat confirming that the bot is recording the meeting to get transcription and summarization of the meeting. This message also acts as consent from all participants that the meeting is being recorded.

Now sit tight and focus on the meeting. After the meeting has ended, the bot will automatically leave and process your transcription, summary, and key points to be generated.
